Job summary
The Store Associate works in a fast-paced environment to deliver friendly and courteous service to customers. The role involves store maintenance activities such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to and handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
- Source and order automotive parts for customers though authorized suppliers.
- Schedule Automotive Service appointments and maintain communication with Customers and Automotive Service Technicians throughout service appointments.
- Process transactions, returns, warranties, and castings as required.
- Perform store maintenance activities including merchandising, stocking shelves, and customer service in the automotive and other store departments as required.
Requirements / Skills
- Full availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.
- Demonstrated automotive subject matter knowledge and interest.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
- Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire store or Automotive Service Centre, is considered an asset.
