Job summary
The Merchandising Associate works in conjunction with Retail Operations Management to execute planograms and set up seasonal displays. This role involves building displays and stocking shelves throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, stock, build promo displays and merchandise deals and promo events based on corporate planograms, flyers or free-hand (e.g., aisles, ends, bases, bins, displays and wing panels, etc.).
• Update and replace signage and secure heavy display items.
• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner.
• Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills
• EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!! Friendly, Customer oriented.
• Ability to complete detail-oriented tasks according to instructions
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Experience executing planograms, deal layouts REQUIRED
