Responsibilities:
• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Process customer purchases.
• Operate self check out register and cash register/online orders when needed
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
• Maintain all checkout work stations.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills
• The right candidate will be able to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends
Cash/Self check out experience is required
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)• Approachable and friendly
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
• Ability to operate cash register (asset)
